This is a good, mild chili. I served over corn chips, and topped it with Mexican Shredded Cheese.

My wife and I both enjoyed this recipe. The recipe does not say what temperaure to use. I cooked it at 350 degrees F (176 degees C) for 30 minutes. Otherwise, I cooked it according to the instructions.

This is nice change of pace for serving potatoes! I used this recipe as a side dish with sauerbraten. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of thyme to the recipe, along with the gravy from the sauerbraten.

Shrimp Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2014
This is very tasty recipe! I modified it as follows. I added a 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese to the sauce. Some of the reviewers said that the recipe is too bland, so I also added a 1/2 teaspoon of hot chili oil, a teaspoon of sambal oelek, and a teaspoon of chopped garlic. I used a mixture of 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs for the topping.

Mongolian Beef

I made this recipe according to the directions. It was really too hot for me. I would recommend cutting back on the hot chili oil down to just one tablespoon, instead of three.

I made this recipe to feed a group of people staying at a homeless shelter. I raised the serving size to 40 servings. I used canned turkey meat instead of ground turkey meat, and used jalapeno peppers instead of dried habaneros. Most of the people liked it!

Chicken Parmesan

I fixed this according to the recipe. I used regular bread crumbs, instead of panko, because that is what is available at the grocery store. I served it with spaghetti and a tossed green salad. A friend of mine, who is of Italian descent, really liked it!

Curried Pork Chops and Cauliflower with Basmati Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2012
I made this for dinner last night. I don't have a steamer, so I just boiled the cauliflower. My grocery store doesn't have apple chutney, so, like another reviewer, I used mango chutney instead. I used red curry powder instead of regular curry powder, which helped with the spicyness.
