Mediterranean Wrap

I didn't like the idea of pre-made basil pesto on something I worked really hard on. I didn't have goat cheese at hand, so I used french vanilla yogurt as my base and this thing called Magic Sauce splattered on top. I can't even explain to you how perfect it was. I was licking my fingers for an hour afterwards, thanks a trillion. Best dish of the night by far.

Chilled Cucumber Yogurt Soup

The result didn't look anything like the picture (mine actually looked ten times better!!). I found no reason whatsoever to get seedless cucumbers as you grate them anyway, and the seeds don't grate with the cucumber. I used regular ones and it tasted great. To add a bit of sweetness, I used French Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt and it was delicious. Thanks a billion, it was extremely filling as well!

Mediterranean Chickpea Salad II

I followed the recipe exactly, except I used a regular onion instead of a red one. I didn't like it as much as all of my guests did, but all of my guests thought it was the best dish of the night. I found it a bit bland and thought that perhaps a splash of balsamic would help, but all that aside, thanks :)

Tina's Fruit Dip

I would've given it two or three stars, but I couldn't even eat it! The caramel was way too sweet and the sour cream smell was overwhelming. The first time I made it I used white sugar because I didn't have brown sugar, and disliked it. The second time I used brown sugar without vanilla extract, and it wasn't good either. The third time I followed the recipe precisely and got the worst results of all.

Pasta Milan

I don't usually rate recipes as I don't usually find the need to. This recipe was something that got my interest from the start. The recipe seemed simple and didn't demand many ingredients or too much time. The result was marvelous. I made it for my mother's birthday and it was the biggest hit of the night. Guests could not get enough! This recipe gets 5 stars, no questions asked. I highly recommend this recipe and wouldn't adjust anything. My mom made it again a couple of nights later and it didn't taste bland like most dishes do the second time around. I'm making it again tonight and am very glad to have discovered this! Thanks for sharing!
