This is beyond good!! I will never make anything with any other BBQ sauce again. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! The first time I made it I didn't have enough molasses so I added maple syrup instead. It worked just fine but it is better with the molasses in my opinion. I have also substituted apple cider vinegar and balsamic vinegar mixed for the red wine vinegar. It worked fine that way too.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

The texture of this cookie is fantastic and chewy. I used butterscotch chips instead of chocolate chips. All other ingredients I followed exactly and it turned out amazing. Yummy.

Swedish Kringles

This is a great treat. I make a channel down the middle and fill it with raspberry jam or cream cheese. Yum! We have this for Easter every year. It's a family favorite.

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

Yum yum! I made this small scale with the dill, it was very tasty. I made large scale (140 people) with basil instead of dill and it was SO much yummier. I cut a little pocket in the breast to make it go faster. I would definitely make this again!

Really Rich Banana Bread

I thought it was very tasty. Not drastically different from other banana breads but a bit heavier. It was very moist and had good flavor. I will probably make it again but I wouldn't say it's the only banana bread recipe I'll use from now on because it uses so many eggs. It's good though. It did not take 90 minutes to bake. It was more like 60. And I turned down the oven to 325 part way through because it was getting so dark.

Excellent Oatmeal Cookies

Yummy! I made these as written except without the nuts. My son is allergic to them. They are quite tasty and the texture is good. I will likely make these again.

Crustless Cheese Quiche

YUM!! Very simple and good. I used ham instead of bacon and added onion and a bit of dry mustard. It also works in a 9" square pan. I will definitely make this again.

Fluffy Lemon Dessert

Very tasty, light and fluffy. I made it in a bowl and served it on a platter unmolded. I wasn't sure it would be firm enough to hold its shape but it worked just fine. I skipped the whipped topping and it was fine. It would be good with it too but I forgot to bring it with. I will definitely make this again. I will probably try it with different flavors too.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

So Good!! I made these potatoes for a party and everyone loved them! I baked them for 1 hour the night before and finished them off the day of the party (45 minutes without the foil). I followed the recipe as written with one exception. I made a triple batch but I did not triple the onion. It looked like enough with just one onion. I sliced the potatoes thinner than 1/4 inch. I used my food processor so it would go faster. The thin potatoes worked just fine. I used two 9 x 13 pans with a triple batch. I will definitely make these again. MMMMM.

Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup II

One Two Three Fudge

I'd say this a good example of you reap what you sow. It has a very smooth texture but doesn't stay firm at room temperature. Keep it in the fridge and it's a good treat. It is very easy when you have a chocolate craving but if you are planning on giving it away I recommend putting in a little more effort than this recipe requires. I will probably make it again for my family but that's about it.

Chili II

I thought this chili was great! I will definitely make it again. The only thing I did different from the recipe was add the whole 6 oz. of tomato paste, I didn't want to waste it. This recipe is great!
