Vegetable Medley I
This was a great recipe. I did make a few changes. I added 1 tsp basil and 1 1/2 tsp oregano (I love basil) and used minced garlic because that's what I had on hand. I also added mushrooms. When it was all done, I added the veggie dish to some orzo nd it was a DELICIOUS whole meal.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
GREAT sauce, but I made a few changes that made it even greater: added about 1/3 cup fresh basil and a cup or so of spinach to the sauce. The basil definitely gave it a great kick! I omitted the tomatoes the second time around, but also sprinkled the finished dish with pine nuts, which was great. Thanks!

Chicken Marsala
This was definitely a great recipe, but I did make a few changes. For the flour mixture, I doubled the oregano and also added about 1/2 tsp dried basil. I reduced the olive oil and butter to 3 tbsp each. Before I added the chicken to the skillet, I added about 1 tsp minced garlic to sautee it with. I also added extra mushrooms. I didn't have the sherry, so I added a little extra marsala and just about 1/3 cup chicken broth. Chicken turned out really tender and delicious!
