i had switched a few things around (teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce) and it came out delicious.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

I used Teriyaki sauce instead, and didn't add the optional ingredients or the basil. Still came out so delicious. My boyfriend and I both thought it was out of the world, having really rescued a couple crappy pieces of steaks. Just, so delicious.

Lemon Pepper Green Beans

This is a great spin on an old side. A great way to get some new flavor with something so overdone. Make sure you serve it while it's still hot. Really effects the taste.

Tilapia Florentine

Didn't do the spinach part of it (boyfriend doesn't like spinach), added lemon pepper seasoning. It's my own fault, but it came out a bit too lemony. Still delicious, though.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Might not want to use the balsamic vinegar. Also didn't use chives. They tasted fantastic! A great twist on a beloved dish.

Almond Chocolate Poached Pears

Reviewed: May 1, 2012
I really don't know what to say about this recipe. I couldn't even find some of these ingredients in the local grocery stores, so I left a lot of it out. I haven't tasted it yet, but my friend said it came out great. I suppose, we shall see. 3 stars for the recipe's potential.
