Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls

I have made this several times, didn't change a thing & they are fantastic! I grew up in the city where all types of food were plentiful, I now live in a rural area & had to figure out how to make a lot of things for myself! These are definitely winners!

Yummy Guacamole

Love this !!!!! I already made my guacamole the exact same way. The only difference is I don't measure my ingredients, I eyeball them & taste as I go, that's how my abuelo made his famous salsa, so that's how make my guac! These ingredients are all you need!
