Brown Butter Perch
Really easy and good! The only modification I made was a trick I've learned over the years about fish. I cook the fish about 1/3 to 1/4 less the usual time, then remove from heat, cover and let sit for at least 15 minutes (even a 1/2 hour). The fish stays warm enough and it gets juicier over time and doesn't dry out.

Baked Pork Chops I
The pork chops were amazing! I did take other reviewers advice and cooked the chops for 35 minutes by themselves and only about 20 minutes in the soup mixture. I used plain bread crumbs because I had them. I also put 3 cloves of sliced garlic in about half the recommended oil and cooked the trimmed off excess fat, then browned the chops for about 3 minutes each side.

Fennel Soup
Fabulous! I wasn't sure when to put the potatoes in, so found a recipe for fennel and purple potatoes, saw that they recommended cooking the fennel for 5 minutes before adding the potatoes and cooking for about 15 minutes more in the broth. I used plenty of Himalayan sea salt and pepper. I think I will add red onion next time when I'm cooking the fennel, but it was easy and wonderful just like this..
