My husband and I really loved this soup! I followed the recipe as given with a couple very minor exceptions. I used more mushrooms and I varied the type - 8 oz. white button, 8 oz. shitake, and 8 oz. portabello. I also increased the salt for our tastes. As extra assurance that I didn't have any lumps in my milk and flour mixture, I threw it in the blender for 30 seconds. This soup is chunky, creamy, and has a wonderful flavor. I would serve this to company in a heartbeat.
