I added garlic w/ the meat and then put cream of onion soup, worcestshire, salt/pepp and frozen veggies (corn, peas, carrots) and heated in pan. Used instant potatoes and then put the hot mixture in pan and topped with cheese put it in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes with cresent rolls. Very yummy!

Fettuccini Tomato Rustica II

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2007
YUMMUY! We enjoyed this dish! I did make some changes based on others reviews, less oil and I flattened the chickenen breast and seasoned and fried with the oil from the sundried tomatoes. Used low-fat ricotta, a little extra low-fat-feta Added a little extra pesto, white wine, garlic and added crushed red pepper about 1-2 teaspoons, then little parmeson cheese on top. LOVE IT Thank you so much!

Asian Coleslaw

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2007
Awesome recipe so glad I tried this! I brought it to a party and it was a hit! I did modify per other reviews with less oil, with water and using a little peanut oil/hot peanut oil. I also used more ginger and cilantro and added crushed red pepper and topped with cashews and mandrin oranges. I do think this recipes is great just alone as I have made it that way as well. Thank you so much!!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Very good recipe. I did alter as I did not have all the things on hand and thought it needed a little more flavor. I used ground chiken and added some garlic and regular ginger, honey, cornstarch and a little honey teriyaki sauce. Rave reviews. Thanks!

Very Yummy! Made these for a party and they were a hit. I had to modify a bit but did most of the recipe used less cilantro but actually might try thai basil think that would be good. Added garlic, hoisen sauce and soy sauce. I also used beef and chicken as I did not have enough chicken on hand to make as many as I wanted to make. Thanks so much!
