SOOOOOO good! I marinated the salmon on the counter for about 2 1/2 hours to bring it to room temp before cooking it. I took other users' advice and cut the salmon into the portion sizes that I wanted and pan seared the flesh side down on med hi heat for about two minutes. Then I used foil to wrap each piece in a glass baking dish skin side down. Poured a little of the marinade into each foil pouch and baked the fish @ 425 for about 17 minutes til it got to the perfect doneness for me (Unless it's sashimi, like my salmon med-well). It was a HUGE hit! My boyfriend isn't really a seafood guy and he devoured every bite! Definitely will make this again!
