Peanut-Buttery Candy Pie
Very good and easy. It went fast at a potluck. I used chocolate chips since that was what I had on hand. It would be good with a lot of different candies or even cookies. I also like that you can get lower fat versions of most of the ingredients if you want to reduce the calories some.

Apricot Pork Chops
My husband and I both really liked this. I used light Catalina, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I will be making this again.

Best Ever Meatloaf I
This is the same recipe my mom taught me except I use one cup oats. I also mix together equal parts brown sugar and ketchup and put a little on top before cooking and more on before serving. My husband loves it. I made it for his family once and almost started a family feud because my mother-in-law said it was better than my sister-in-laws.
