About Me
I have Celiac disease , which means I cannot eat wheat , rye , barley and some oats. So I'm a gluten free cook, to add to the fun trying to lose weight so now I'm a gluten free, low carb cook....wahooo.
My favorite things to cook
I really like my eggplant pizza, I have worked along time on making baked goods tasty and gluten free. I just like to cook.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom made a great apple salad every Thanksgiving. I make it too, not as good thought...lol
