This turkey turned out Great! I used the recipe and made a few alterations..Not many..I put chicken broth and white wine on the bottom of the roasting pan. and when it was finished I covered it with foil and put towels over it. Ate it an hour later and it was so moist and still very warm.. Hands Down the best Thanksgiving turkey I ever made and so simple. Will do this every year!
