I love zucchini bread, but this was my first time making it myself. I followed the recipe exactly (except the nuts). It was by far the best zucchini bread I've ever eaten. I shared loaves with my family and they concur. Will be making this again and again.

Sausage Egg Muffins

Made these for the first time this morning and they are a hit. I love them. I was afraid to try them after the clean up issues some were having, but I used a non stick pan and sprayed them well with Pam. No issues cleaning up.

Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks

This was absolutely delicious!! One of my family members put steak sauce on theirs before they took a bite, and said they wished they hadn't because the marinade flavor was so good. That's a first for them! It's easy to throw together and tastes fantastic!! We'll make it again and again. (NOTE - I only had time to put them in the marinade for 5 hours and it was still great)

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This was delicious and easy to make. Everyone loved it and it's already been requested I make it again. NOTE - I left out the celery salt since I had none. It was still great.

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole

This recipe was very easy and tasted pretty good. The kids really liked it. I don't know if I'd make it for myself, but will certainly be making it for the nephews and grandkids again. NOTE - I used two packages of jiffy corn bread mix and two cans of beans in a 9 x 13 inch pan. I only cooked it at 400 for 30 minutes and the corn bread was brown and done through.

Easy Pudding Cookies

This is my family's new favorite cookie! We are trying different variations. We love butterscotch, so I did butterscotch pudding with butterscotch chips. Delicious! My favorite is banana pudding with chocolate chips. The variations are endless!
