Sweet Pepper Pasta Toss with Kale
Extremely easy to make. I used some spinach from a leftover salad bar salad, and used some crushed and ground red pepper in place of cayenne. The peppers and spices added a nice flavor, but to make it a little saucier, I added a bit more olive oil and some tarragon white whine when I tossed it all together. Also served with "Fast and Friendly Meatballs" (turkey). I'd definitely make it again (the same way).

Bacon Chicken II
Not bad. As others said, I pre-cooked the bacon to make it more crispy. My husband liked it, but his verdict was "isn't it just chicken and barbecue sauce?" to which i answered "yes, with bacon." I'll make it again.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
Pretty good, but it was a little salty. I made only using 2 chicken breats (only 2 of us), but used the same amount of all other ingredients -- this method would be better with some green beans or broccoli added since there is a lot of stuffing. I also had to use an italian cheese blend -- I thought I had swiss but I was out. Also, I used sherry in place of the milk as recommended in other reviews. I will make it again, but will use veggies and swiss next time.
