This was the most delicious bread! I don't like rhubarb, but everyone else does, so I thought I would try this. Oh, so good! I only tried it when it was still warm, so I don't know if it is as good cold. Oh heavens, I would definately make this again. I made it without the nuts and with canola oil. I wish I could have some right now. I haven't been able to find a good rhubarb crisp recipe, but I don't care any more because I can make this bread now. Make sure you have lots of brown sugar on hand! -- Ok the second time I made this, it wasn't as big of a hit. I used older rhubarb. The bread was still soft, but maybe I shouldn't have cut the rhubarb in such small chunks. I liked the topping, but nobody else did. Hmm..
