Italian Breaded Pork Chops

I have used this recipe many times. I use 1" thick porkloin chops and season the chops beforehand with a 50/50 mix of granulated garlic and granulated onion and then a light dusting of Johnny's seasoning salt and let them sit about an hour. I have also double dipped them. They always turn out wonderful.
