Chicken Paprikash
This was okay to prepare. I kept thinking this has to easier than this. I already make a chicken already cut up, I heat the oven at 375 - arrange the chicken in a corningwear, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add a can of cream of mushroom or celery and coat the the chicken pieces, rotate and repeat on the other side. Put in oven for 40 minutes and done. the dumplings would be a nice added bonus but the rest could really easy without all the mess that this recipe calls for. I will rate it a 3 for great idea but there is a way easier way of doing this. much!

The Best Meatloaf
I have never made meatloaf before and my Mother turned me off on it because hers was always dry and bland. I made this this evening for my family and am glad I took the chance, it was really moist and importantly good. I used a package of onion mix as well as chopped onions. I also added worchestire sauce. I covered it in foil for 45 minutes and uncovered for anothe 45 minutes. For the brushing on top, I added ketchup, brown sugar, sweet baby rays bbq sauce and ground mustard. Then added the rest 15 minutes before it was done. Delicious! Bonus: both my children loved it, one being 3 and the other 16 month old. That is the golden seal of approval in my book!

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever
I came across it & the boastful tag line made me want to make it. I did not have the evaporated milk on hand so I used 2% instead and slowly simmers until it looked like it was just milk and I also did not have cayenne peppers so I used paprika. It was simply delicious and just as the tag line boast....very juicy!! I will always make my burgers like these. My family enjoyed them.
