I made this tonight (first time making spaghetti squash) and it turned out fantastic. I didn't really know what to expect but I will definitely make again. I boiled the squash whole for about 30-35 minutes instead of baking. It's too tough trying to cut it in half uncooked. I also used red, yellow and green pepper, onion, spinich, mushrooms, and feta, Added salt, pepper and a dried basil. Didn't have any tomatoes, but I didn't feel like I was missing anything, and purposefully left out olives. It's a very versatile recipe.
