Cocoa Rum Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2004
These are awesome!! I made them last year and they were a hit! I use Bacardi Vanilla flavored rum instead of plain rum and it gives it a little something extra, and this year I will triple the recipe, due to the high demand!! I also throw the nuts and cookies in the food processor to make sure they are ground up finely.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2004
This was great!! I brined the turkey as suggested in 2 c. kosher salt, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cloves, 12 bay leaves, and 3 tbsp. fresh rosemary. I let it soak over night and then followed the recipe exactly. This was my first turkey and it was awesome!!! I had 15 people for dinner and everyone loved it!!! I also roasted the turkey covered for the first hour.

Caramel Apple Pie II

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2004
This is awesome!! Best pie ever!!! The caramels were not all the way melted, so I stuck it back in the oven for 5-7 more minutes..I also cheated and used refrigerated pie crust!! I don't have time for the home made!! It got rave reviews and this will be my apple pie recipe from now on!!!

Little Meat Loaves

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2004
This was great!! My boyfriend loved it..(I am vegetarian so I didn't actually eat it) He said it was the most moist meatloaf he had ever had! I used A1 Sauce instead of Worchestire and I used less sugar as suggested for the sauce, I used 1/2 c. ketchup and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. He took it to work today and all of his friends asked for the recipe and he has demanded to have this once a week!!
