Loved it! Made recipe as written minus the nuts and only used 5 bananas since they were pretty large. My pans were larger than stated, I used 1 9x5 pan and 3 8x4 pans, and had plenty of batter to fill all four. I baked at 300 for 75 minutes. I checked at 60 but they were still wet in the middle. An extra 15 minutes and they came out great. The tops weren't burnt and the middles were cooked through. This was my first attempt at banana bread and this is the recipe I will be the one I will continue using.
