Cheesy Potato Soup II
My two toddlers, husband and I all enjoyed this soup! It was cheesy, velvety and hearty. I snuck in some carrots. I steamed them in the microwave. Then I pureed them with a little of the potato water and a big spoonful of cooked potato chunks. It was a great way to add more vitamins... and it thickened the soup also. I served this with some homemade bread and a salad with bleu cheese & garlic vinaigrette. It was a fantastic meal for a cold night.

Best Bread Machine Bread
I can't tell you how this recipe has changed my thoughts on breadmaking! I bought a breadmaker and then tried a handful of recipes from the booklet that came with it. They all sounded delicious. The problem was that I had about a 20% success rate. I would do the same things, with the same ingredients and get a different result. NOT WITH THIS RECIPE! I followed it and it worked. And it worked every single time. Thank you for this!

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
This is my very favorite breakfast casserole! My mom would make this every year for Christmas morning and Thanksgiving morning. I am so happy to find the recipe! And, this heats up well in the microwave. I make it almost every week. I take a slice to work for lunch. I pair it with a mixed field greens salad and some fresh fruit. It is a delicious, easy, healthy lunch option.
