This cake was covered and decorated using the marshmallow fondant recipe from this site. I like to use my kitchenaid mixer fitted with the dough hook to knead the fondant. Heating it in the microwave for a few seconds makes it really easy to add color and knead it in. This fondant is tasty and fun to work with!
