Cheese Dipping Sauce

I love this recipe...it goes great with anything! You have to be careful not to overcook/burn the flour mixture, that's why it is getting gritty for some of you. If it turns even a little bit beige or brown, it's no good. I love making this with pepper jack cheese too, it gives it a little kick. So good! I also leave out the salt, because most processed cheese is already so salty!

Good-As-Grandma's Sugar Cookies

Came out good once i figured out what was wrong with the recipe. These are NOT DROP COOKIES! You have to roll them out and use a cookie cutter. i live in a college dorm and don't exactly have cookie cutters laying around...so i used the top of a glass to get them round. i also sprinkled some sugar on top of them before i baked them. They were pretty good!
