The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
The cookies were amazing. I have been looking for a soft sugar cookies that could hold its own with or without frosting and these were great. Sweet, but not over powering. I added a little mint extract for fun. Make sure you chill the dough. The longer the harder it becomes. Really and hour did work best. Also, Don't overcook them. When I check on them after 6 minutes they still looked so pale I was tempted to leave them in longer. After they cooled though they were perfect. Some bottoms were just beginning to brown on the edges and that was all.

Cinnamon Ice Cream
I can't say enough good about this ice cream. Just finished off a bowl and I'm feeling pretty proud. The texture was amazing. It was rich, but in a good way. I tried this without the cinnamon. Instead try adding 1/3 cup cocoa and 1 tsp almond extract or less to taste. Yummy! Thanks!

Angie's Dad's Best Cabbage Coleslaw
Tastes somewhat like what I remember KFC's coleslaw tasting like. I resized this to use a 1lb bag of coleslaw mix and then used this topping. Instead of white vinegar I used rice vinegar. It was great! Definitely plan on letting it sit. Twenty-four hours is necessary, but 48 would probably be even better. I'm planning on making it and leaving it in the fridge to munch on through the week. Thanks!
