What a delicious recipe, it's creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. I love making this with challah bread. You can also try with french bread. Awsome!

Fluffy Pancakes

This is a good recipe for good pancakes. I find the batter a little on the thick side, making it hard to shape. I increase the amount of milk by a bit. Other than that, this recipe is delicious.

School Lunchroom Cafeteria Rolls

These are good, but not the taste I was expecting. Cafeteria rolls were denser and more buttery. It's a good recipe, but my search for the best rolls is still on.

Clone of a Cinnabon

What a wonderful recipe, I did not have bread flour and used all purpose and they came out wonderful--better than cinnabon if you ask me. I also love the frosting. Thanks for sharing.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Delicious, my cheesecake cracked but I am sure it is something that I did. I was unsure about adding the milk and flour but I believe it adds to the great consistency. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is missing something; I don't know what it it. The Cheesecake itself looks wonderful and my guests loved how it looked(after I covered the crack with cherry pie filling). Overall, great cheesecake. Thanks for sharing.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Wow, I couldn't stop eating this salad. Definitely adjust to your taste. I read other reviews and only added 1/4c of the sugar and also cut the vinegar by half. I don't really like the idea of putting so much mustard so I only put 1tsp in mine. My guests asked for the recipe. This is a salad you want to make a day before so that the dressing is not so runny. Once it cools, it's creamy and delicious. Loved it--will make again and again.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This was good, but I thought it was a bit oily. Will definitely cut back on the oil by half next time I make it. It is moist and chocolaty though.

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I like that this recipe hold its shape and does not flatten. I love the soft consistency and if you make them, you will find that you go back for more and more. Next time I will use cheesecake pudding and white chocolate chips with macadamia nuts. One of my top chocolate chip recipe--thank you so much for sharing. ( I added 1/4tsp of salt and 1/2tsp more vanilla extract)

Salsa Chicken

I was hopeful after reading such great reviews for this recipe. I usually like to rate the recipe as written to give it a fair rating. I like that it is easy to make but I give it 3 stars because it sort of lacks flavor. It was just okay for me. Next time, I will experiment with different seasonings/salsa and maybe even pan frying it--that's how much I want to like this recipe. But as written, it is jut ok.

Fried Butterflied Shrimp

The only reason this gets 4 stars is because the liquid stated in the recipe is a bit too much. I reduced it and only used 1C of water and 3/4C of cornstarch. I also used panko breadcrumbs instead of regular--there was also no need to double dip/coat the shrimp, they came out nicely coated the first time. Definitely a winner.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Delicious, I did not add the wine but used chicken broth instead. Simply delicious and my whole family enjoyed it. We also do not like Swiss cheese and used mozzarella instead. The sauce is so delicious--served it with buttery rice, broccoli, and crescent rolls. YUM!!
