Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I have to say Bravo! to Grandmas recipe. I had to prepare enough pancakes for 100 people (9 times the recipe) - Breakfast with Santa gathering at a Daycare Centre, and the compliments on these pancakes were overwhelming. I did add additional milk and vanilla. People were asking if I was making shortbread cookies- the kitchen smelled fabulous as they were cooking on the grill. Will definitely be using this recipe again next year. Topped them with fresh blueberries, raspberries and strawberries along with butter and maple syrup. YUMMY!!!!!

Banana Banana Bread
Absolutely delicious. Made into muffins (19 made). Baked for 33 min in convection oven - 325 degrees. These are the best I have ever made. I added 1 tsp vanilla just because.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs
This is an awesome marinade. I did not make kabobs instead I just marinated my chicken breasts overnight then wrapped them with the bacon. While I was waiting for company to arrive I thought I would put them in the oven at 350 for about a half an hr to precook before bbq'ing them. WOW! when we finally got around to bbq'ing them they came out just perfect-so juicy and moist. Picture perfect. Everyone loved them. I stir fryed the mushrooms along with onions. I also thickened the leftover marinate with cornstarch and put this over the meat. Sorry about the long post but just had to thank you for this recipe and what I did with it.
