Aussie Chicken
This is great! 1st off my husband is honest if he doesn't like something... I could eat eat chckin everyday but he gets tired of it and we've had it the last 3 days so I was hesitant to use up the rest tonight but this recipe looked like nothing I've ever made so I went for it! Glad I did! He loved it! As did I. I made a few changes: I marinated it for 2 hrs in Italian dressing; coated in a flour, paprika, pepper combo, then put in pan a few mins. Omitted the bacon completely. Sauteed onions and mushrooms for on top. Same sauce except no corn syrup, and my mustard was expired:) but it was still yummy! Baked at 375 for 35 mins. I used cheddar cheese atop as that was all I had. So delicious! I hardly had to rinse my husbands plate bcz he was nearly lickin it off! Thanks so much!

Irish Soda Bread in a Skillet
I made this bread last night for my husband and I with our corned beef and cabbage. It was delicious! I've been making bread in bread machine lately and this was even better and so quick! I added 1/2 cup shredded cheese and some onion powder, only changes I made. My husband doesn't like to eat much bread but he couldn't help but devour this! It was funny, we sat down to eat and he got up about 3 times to get more:) I thght it wasn't going to turn out bcz the dough was very sticky and then it looked overdone after 30 min ( baked longer as suggested by others) but it was PERFECT! Ohvys I also cit am "x" on top b4 baking, and brushed with an egg at 38 min & then baked about4 more mins. Will def make again! Probably today!! Thanks
