I'm a working mom and wife, so I don't have tons of time to spend in the kitchen. Everything important in my life has always revolved around food. However, our family is trying to become more health conscious and that has led to finding new, healthier recipes.
Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry
Great flavor, not too salty. I used frozen veggies and minced ginger and garlic. I also used the low-salt soy sauce. My four-year-old loved it!
