Easy White Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
I love it!! I boil my own chicken and then use the broth from the chicken. I use white cannelini kidney beans and only use 3 cans because the broth is so yummy. I also substituted the chilis with chili powder and decreased the amount of cayenne pepper because when I used the full amount it was too spicy to eat. I just put the whole block of montery cheese in it and let it melt. This makes a HUGE difference. DELCIOUS!! My whole family gobbles it up.

Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
It was yummy. I would suggest more ritz crackers on top the crust is delicious. I did add a little broth from the chicken to the casserole because of reviews that it was too dry, but it definitely wasn't dry at all, I also used some of the broth to cook some white rice and this went nicely over the rice and the rice helped soak up some of the liquid.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2012
I served this on a bed of white rice, which complimented the taste. I made the mistake of using sandwich ham... don't do that! The sauce was delicious. Next time I will use some good ham and I bet it will be much better.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2013
This is really good and it has kind of a greek taste to it which I love. I left the tomatoes out because I don't like tomatoes but soooo delicious. Make sure you use real bacon and not imitation bacon bits!

Buffalo Chicken and Roasted Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2013
My boyfriend and I LOVED this! I halved the recipe since I was only cooking for two. I was concerned about all the potatoes getting done but I followed the directions and stirred them every 10 minutes and since I halved the recipe it only took them like 30 minutes to get done. I didn't add the bacon til after it was done because I didn't want it to get too crispy. The only thing I will do differently next time is add more hot sauce it wasn't quite spicy enough but the flavor was amazing. Thanks for the recipe!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2013
It was good, next time I will oil the potato skins to get them crunchier during the last 15 minutes and maybe even bake it a little longer than 15 minutes
