Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This was good, but it does have a very "sharp" taste. I thought it was the sharp cheddar, so the second time I made it, I used mild. Still tasted sharp, so it must be the sour cream. If you want a milder taste, maybe use less sour cream and mix in some milk or something. My husband and I liked it, but it was strong for my son.
Edited to add: The day after, this is even better. The flavor really mellows, and the leftovers are perfect.
