Broccoli Turkey Bake
We liked it. I read the other reviews and added to the mixture 1/2 cup of chicken stock, and 1/2 cup of half & half. (No cream of mushroom or chicken available.) It was still a little dry, but very tasty. I also used basmati rice, and half cheddar and half jalapeno jack cheese, and cauliflower in addition to the broccoli. Very easy to throw together.

Pineapple Angel Food Cake I
This is the easiest thing ever! We loved it. The second time I made it I divided the mix up between two 8x8 pans. Once cooled, I poked holes in the cakes and poured cooled orange gelatin mix over the cakes. Super yummy!

Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler
I love this recipe, and have made it several times. It really doesn't get much easier! I also add a little cinnamon to mine, as well as almost a cup of fresh blueberries. (You could probably use thawed, frozen ones as well.) DELICIOUS!
