Wisconsin Five-Cheese Bake
This is my new favorite mac and cheese. It is rich and cheesy, and the broiling gives it a yummy crust. I didn't have any heavy cream, so I used a full cup of sour cream. I also added about 1/4 cup Of almond milk I also added 5 cloves of fresh garlic to the sour cream mixture. I also add some herbs de provence. I used mixed cheese from Costco. One is a Mexican blend, and the other the Italian mix. I didn't measure, but threw some in until it looked about right. It came out crispy on top and tasted fabulous. My adult daughter loved it too. When I told her I added the garlic, she said, "there is no such thing as too much garlic!" Still the garlic was not overpowering.. Thank you for sharing!

Ginny's Cheezy Macaroni
This recipe was incredibly easy to make. I did omit the salt and pepper for family health concerns. also I did use Soy milk because I can't digest milk. it turned out great. It is a good basic recipe that could be customized to add flavor if desired. It is my adult daughter's favorite. She has a sensitive stomach but can digest this one I will definitely keep this recipe among my favorites!

Lucy's Mac and Corn
I love this recipe! It has become one of our favorites. It always takes longer than an hour, but I usually double the recipe. I never cook the macaroni ahead of time. If you let it cook long enough, it will be fine. I only use a little butter, and use shredded cheese instead of the the cubed process cheese food. My whole family adores this recipe and it is so little work that I don't mind making it regularly.
