Tabbouleh III

I use chopped red onions instead of green, reduce boiling water to equal the amount of bulger, reduce olive oil to 1/4 cup, and use more parsley (Italian variety). Turns out wonderfully each time and has become a family favorite!

Maple Glazed Chicken with Sweet Potatoes

Hubby found this recipe, so I happily let him make it -- and it's the best thing he makes, honest! :-) Surprisingly nice blend of flavors between the sweetness of the maple syrup (don't use pancake syrup!), the green onions and the spice (steak seasoning). Hubby reports that this is quick and easy to make.

Luscious Slush Punch

My personal favorite punch recipe, but I may substitute this for Easy Punch, depending on the time I have and what the event is. When I want to WOW, then I use Luscious Slush Punch, but both recipes are frequently requested. Great slush texture that doesn't melt away too fast, nice sweetness and tang. DEFINITELY cut back on the sugar by at least half, or even more.
