Corn Casserole III

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2012
I thought it was really good :) really simple but really good. I cut the butter a little, but I always do that. My family loved it. I will definitely make it again.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2012
This recipe is so good. I did use chicken broth instead of water, and I used one can of biscuits the first time I made it. I didn't think one can was quite enough so I used two cans the second time, and I should have done it the first time(like the recipe says...sigh). The second time I made it I also added a few finely chopped stalks of celery and finely diced portabella mushrooms. The flavor was spot on. I had a little trouble with the cook times. I ended up letting it cook for 4 hrs before I shredded the chicken and put the biscuits in, then I let it cook for about 2 and a half hours after that for a total cook time of 6 and a half hours. It was perfect. love this recipe.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2012
This recipe is phenomenal. I like spicy, so I added 3 fresh jalapenos, but that is the only revision I made. Loved it.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2012
I made this for the first time at a family gathering, and now I have to make it every time. I did only use one egg, and i used sliced muenster instead of shredded. I added shredded mozzarella and mexican cheese. I mixed all of the shredded cheeses into the noodles and then covered the top only with the sliced muenster. Definitely a keeper.

Clark's Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2012
This recipe had the potential to be awesome, however there was way too much filling/cheese/eggs to actually fit the pie crusts. I tried to fit it all anyway and ended up making a huge mess and had almost a cheese breading on top of the quiche. I should have made three with this recipe and it would have been perfect.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2012
Ive never made muffins before, and these made me look like a pro. They look like i bought them from a bakery, but they were so moist and delicious. Super impressed :)
