Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

This is very delicious ! I made this with extra garlic, chicken broth and added fresh mushrooms. I also marinated the chicken in Italian salad dressing prior to cooking. Part of the fun of cooking is tweaking recipes to fit your likes, this would also be great with any number of fresh spring veggies. So experiment with your recipes and definitely try this one !

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Fantastic ! Truly a great recipe, I not sure if someone has suggested this, but if you wrap the outside of the springform pan in aluminum foil and place it in a large roasting pan with about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of water, basically a hot water bath while baking it will not crack ! I have done this for many years and have never had a cheesecake crack. This recipe is definitely worth adding to my treasured recipe collection. Thanks !

Cranberry Scones

These are very good ! I made a confectionary sugar glaze with almond extract to drizzle over them. Definitely will save this recipe and make many more times ! Thanks for sharing this.

Addictive Sesame Chicken

Bacon Mushroom Chicken

Love this recipe! I doubled the amount of mushrooms and made extra sauce. Served with egg noodles and a salad. Will definitely share this and make it again.
