Asian Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2015
YUMMY!!!!!!! This sauce would be fantastic on salmon. I used half flour and half cornstarch and used one egg with a little water for breading. I served with stir fry veggies and fried rice...MMMMMM. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing :)

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2015
My daughter who cannot stand tuna fish, but needs the protein, had TWO huge helpings of this. I doubled the recipe, but only used two cans of tuna. I did not put butter in the breadcrumbs either, and it tasted AMAZING!!!!! I cannot wait to make this recipe again!!!!!! Thank you

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2014
This is a great recipe. The only change I made was to replace the breadcrumbs with oatmeal (got that from my mom) to make it a little healthier. The oatmeal made it hold together better, and I added a little worchestershire sauce. I didn't even make the sauce for the top....Everyone wanted seconds and thirds :)

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2013
My husband HATES salmon, but when I made this for dinner, he said if I have to make it again- he wants me to make it with this recipe!!!!! I marinated and broiled it. My son couldn't get enough, and he doesn't like salmon either. It was amazingly delicious. Thank you

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: May 14, 2013
Wow!!!!!!! I couldn't stop snacking on it while it was cooking. It was sooo good!!!!! A little salty for my tastebuds, but after a taste, you cannot stop eating it. I used a rotisserie oven and I think my chicken was 4 lbs. I increased the garlic to 1 tsp and used a turkey bag to cover the chicken, after I got all the air out of the bag.

Easy Swedish Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2012
very very close, but not quite there. Much better than the frozen swedish pancakes at IKEA. I am Norweigan, so they will always be Norweigan pancakes to me
