Linguine with Clam Sauce

Intially I though this would be watery, but it turned out great. Good garlic flavor and even good the next day as lunch because it did make a lot of food!

Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles

These are incredibly easy to make and taste great! I had a fantastic cuke crop last summer and made a ton of pickles. I added some red pepper flakes to some and garlic to a few others and they all were great.

Flat Iron Steak with Three Pepper Rub

I used hot chili powder instead of chipolte and it was mighty hot! I let it marinate overnight and the meat was TENDER! Maybe that's why it was so hot??

Easy Sausage Strata

OMG- this is fantastic! Loved it and had it for lunch the next day. It makes a fairly large amount, so next time, I'll cut down on the pasta - more sauce that way! Yummy!

Real Hummus

You have to use the tahini - it adds so much to this dish. I make it and eat it right away, even though it tastes better wtih a little fridge time.

YUMMY! I used turkey meat, added the tomatoes and chilis, mustard, ketchup and cheddar cheese. Also the garlic cresent rolls. Fast and I could eat this all day long! MMM-MMM

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Really delicious! I added a tsp of dry mustard and used cracker crumbs with melted margarine. MUCH much better than the box and not much more work. In a pinch, I have cooked the mac in the micro. but this has to be baked to get that wonderful brown cheese. Yum.

Potato Salmon Patties

Great way to add fish to your diet. The potatoes really add texture so the patties don't fall apart. Used Ranch dressing for sauce and loved it. No leftovers here!
