Pecan-Crusted Pork with Pumpkin Butter

I'm not so great when it comes to frying in the pan, these were a little over done, but had a good flavor. I might try it again...

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
My husband made this the other night and it was DELICIOUS!! We agreed it was probably the best lasagna we'd ever tasted. We also had some sauce leftover - but I put it on some noodles for my 2-year-old son and he LOVED it! YUMMMM!

Cheddar and Olive Balls

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2005
I love olives and I love cheese. This is a great appetizer. I think I "stretched" out the use of the cheese as I was able to get more than 45 olives - I used the manzilla olives (the entire 14oz jar). I suppose the recipe may be for larger olives and I didn't have THAT much breading around the olive. It was delicious!

This made a lot and chopping the fruit was time-consuming, but it was good!

Mendocino Chicken Salad

Could not find a smoked chicken breast (will keep my eyes open to find one though and use it!) but used a rotissere chicken as another reviewer suggested. It was delicious! Perfect chicken salad and very filling!!

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2004
I made this last night and it was very good!! I didn't use enough onion (it looked like so much... but they shrink! LOL Next time, I'll use more) and I drained some of the oil for fear of adding the water and onions to it. I'm glad I read some of the other reviews too. I did take the lid off for the final cooking and even scooped out some of the water - and I only used a half of a cup... Husband said they were very good and I'm sure I'll make it again!!

My husband loves this! It's so easy to make. I accidently used pork and beans and it still tasted great. Great recipe!

Dog Food Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2003
Made this when I had some friends over and they loved it! (I was calling it "Alpo") I halved it because we didn't need as much as the recipe called for - it was a small group. I would make it again.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2003
Made this last night and it is gone already! My husband LOVED it and said it would have to be made again soon. Yes! I prepared the chicken, carrots and peas in the chicken broth rather than water as others suggested. Wasn't enough left in the broth as was needed per the recipe and I added just enough water to make it about a cup. This was perfect - husband loved it because it wasn't "runny". What a WONDERFUL recipe!
