Aussie Chicken

This dish was good, but not amazing. I didn't pound the chicken into thin pieces and it took A LOT longer to cook. I think this made the sauce more runny than it's supposed to be.

Hashbrown Casserole

I still don't know what I did wrong, but baking @ 350 for 45 minutes didn't cut it. I finally had to take it out after it had been baking for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was holding up dinner! Anyway, they were pretty good, but still not crispy enough for my taste. The cooking time was very misleading. Overall, not bad. Oh yeah, and I subbed cream of mushroom for the cream of chicken soup. I like the flavor much better.

Slow Cooker Sausage with Sauce

This is a great, easy recipe. Halved the amount of onion and added a little bit of garlic and oregano. I served over instant white rice. makes a great, fast meal.

Baked Pork Chops I

Really enjoyed this recipe. Next time I will add a bit more white wine, because I like the flavor of the wine mixed with the cream of mushroom. Takes awhile to cook, so plan in advance for this.

Blue Cheese Potatoes Delmonico

interesting kick, and not too-overwhelming. I doubled the amount of milk I used, because I didn't have any cream. They were just okay, nothing spectacular. I halved the recipe and still ended up with a HUGE BATCH. Probably won't take the time to make again.

Ravioli with Cherry Tomatoes and Cheese

Maybe I did something wrong, but I found this recipe to be extremely garlicky, and I like garlic! Wasn't too crazy about the fresh tomatoes with the pasta. Guess i'm just used to marinara sauce. Was just so-so. Nothing spectacular.

wasn't too fond of this. It just didn't have that ummph that I was looking for. I didn't like the combination flavor of the oregano with the balsamic vinegar. Won't make this again.

Broccoli Casserole

This recipe was pretty good, but I tweaked it a bit. First, I make the recipe for 4 servings, so I used a whole can of cream of mushroom soup instead of the mayo. Second, I added about twice as many crackers on top as it asked for. That way, you can get a good thin layer of crunchiness on top. Next time I will dice my onions much smaller, because I don't like the texture of them in this casserole.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

This recipe is amazing!! I omitted the zucchini because I didn't have any. I also added a little extra garlic and tortellini to make it extra hearty. FYI, I used whole peeled tomatoes from a can and they were delish. I wouldn't spend the time to do this myself with fresh tomatoes. This one's a keeper!

Dill Sauce

Maybe it was because I put this on flounder instead of salmon, but I found it to be very bland. I had to add some lemon pepper and garlic to the sauce in order for it to have any flavor at all.

This recipe was dry, dry, dry! Too much cream cheese, and too little mayo. Not really much flavor to speak of, besides the cream cheese. Won't make again.

This was really good! The only thing I would change next time I made this, would be to add a bit more evaporated milk, so it wasn't as thick. Overall a great salmon dish!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

These were delish! There was so much good stuff added to make these potatoes, they were overflowing from the skins! I microwaved the potatoes before taking the flesh out, because I didn't have an hour to bake them.

Creamy Dilled Chicken Casserole

takes MUCH longer than 20 minutes to cook. After 35 minutes I had to take it out because the biscuits were burning, and it was very runny. Didn't like the cream of chicken flavor, and couldn't taste the dill at all. Will not be making this again.

Clam Sauce with Linguine

This dish was sooooo good! I didn't use white pepper because I didn't have any, but black pepper will do just fine. Also, I added a little white wine into the clam sauce. Gave it a delicious flavor.

Nuevo Cubano Chicken with Lindsay® Spanish Olive Picadillo Salsa

This was a great recipe. Lots of veggies to give extra flavor. I added a little more jerk seasoning and worchestershire sauce to make it a bit spicier. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because i wasn't crazy about the flavor the red peppers added to it. next time i'll leave them out. I'll definitely make this again!

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Awesome!! I added the garlic powder, onion powder and salt in with the dough and spread melted butter and parsley on top. Delicious!
