Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting
OMG this frosting is awesome! I made the Williams-Sonoma Coconut Cake with Lime Curd Filling recipe. However, the frosting recipe that accompanied the cake recipe looked far too sweet for my taste. I made this recipe instead. I replaced the vanilla and almond extract with coconut extract and then added sweetened, flaked coconut to the outside of the cake. It is SO delicious. This is now my go-to frosting recipe.

Cranberry Apple Bread
This bread is delicious. I agree with the previous reviewers that the batter is really thick and a little tough to mix, but once it's baked it's delicious. I had a few apples that needed to be used up so I made a double batch. I took another reviewer's advice and put it all in a bundt pan. I had to bake it for close to an hour, but the results were great. I will definitely make this again.

Easy Gingerbread Wedges
Love, love, love these! I'm not a big Bisquick fan, but I happened to have some (reduced fat version) in my pantry when I stumbled upon this recipe. Super quick, super easy. I like them because they're not sickeningly sweet and low fat. They have just a hint of sweetness. Served with whipped cream they're perfect! I agree, though, with the previous reviewer - it's not a pretty presentation by itself. They'd be really good with a drizzle of caramel, too. Yum!
