Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2013
Really chewy and moist - delish! I actually substituted almond butter for the peanut butter as I didn't have enough peanut butter on hand and they are really good. I'm looking forward to making them again, next time as actual peanut butter cookies! I did drop them in spoonfuls as suggested by other reviewers and baked for about 9 minutes and they were perfect!

Cowboy Cookies III

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2013
I don't know where I went wrong but these turned our horribly for me! The only change I made to the recipe was that I altered the number of servings from 60 to 36 (using the "Change Servings" tool on allrecipes), otherwise I followed everything to a tee. For whatever reason these were WAY too dry. I formed medium sized balls and when the timer was done they were still in the same shape, they hadn't flattened at all. I've read and re-read the recipe over again to be sure I didn't miss anything and it appears that I didn't. Not sure I'll try these again...

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2012
Delicious! Didn't have any lemon pepper so I used some lemon juice and pepper. Also, got rained out so I broiled them in the oven instead for 8 - 9 minutes. Family loved it, will defnitely make again!!

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
Served this salad to my family and everyone loved it. I used 3 heads of broccoli and the same amounts of raisins, etc. and there was plenty. I did find it a little too sweet, next time I will decrease the amount of white sugar.

Barbequed Ribs

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
These were awesome!! I will be making these again for sure. Like many reviews suggested, I doubled the sauce and I used up nearly all of it. I also didn't add as much chili powder and cumin to the rub or as much chili sauce to the sauce (didn't want it too spicy as I was making it for kids too).
