I made this as written except I doubled the cream cheese per the advice of other reviewers. It was AWESOME! The only thing I would suggest is maybe reducing the half and half because it was a tiny bit watery in my opinion, but I still rate it 5 stars. I brought it to a party and everyone wanted the recipe. I am not a great cook but this was easy and even I didn't mess it up! I will be making it again and again.

Grilled Honey-Lemon Chicken

Love it! Easy and it uses things you have on hand in the house. I subbed maple syrup for honey because I didn't have any honey but it was still awesome. Made the chicken moist and gave it a great tangy taste. My hubby even at it the next day and he usually hates leftovers. I'll be making this again, thanks.

Greek Penne and Chicken

I thought this was very good but I agree with the other poster that said it didn't have enough sauce to cover the pasta. Next time I increase the ingredients to hopefully make more sauce. I'll also save some feta to top it with at the end because it kinda melts into the sauce and you can't taste it as much as I would have liked. But overall, pretty easy and healthy too.
