Spring Strawberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2003
Excellent recipe! I used the balsamic instead of the rice wine and blended the dressing. Instead of using a 1/2 cup of sugar, I used 1/8 cup of liquid Sugar Twin. It doesn't have the funky aftertaste that some sweetners have.

Hearty Hot or Cold Roasted Tomato Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2008
Excellent recipes. I would recommend adding the broth a bit at time instead of all at once. That way you can control how thick the soup is.

Garlic Chicken And Grapes

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2003
This recipe turned out great! Following advice from others, I added the sauce 5 minutes before adding the grapes, except I added all of it! It baked in giving a wonderful taste to the chicken. As well, for added texture, I added sliced mushrooms and onions when I flipped the chicken over. My wife and I loved it!

The sundried tomatoes are really an important part of the recipe! Use them if you can.

Baked Onion Dip I

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2004
I used a cup of low-fat cream chesse and a cup of low fat Miracle Whip instead 2 cups of Mayo. It tasted great, and it wasn't too oily.

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
Great recipe. I used pancetta instead of bacon. Then I used the herbs I had (fresh sage, dried oregano) and it turned out to be very tasty. This was supposed to be lunch for the week, but there is company over now so it won't last long!

A good recipe, but this can serve a lot more than 4. This recipe could serve 8.

Best Hamburger Ever

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2007
Great burgers, omitted the soup mix like others said and it came out great. Lots of taste. Maybe I made mine a little big, but they longer to cook.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2007
Great recipe. The loaves were nice and moist. Only thing I would do different is put some parchment paper or tin foil under the cookie tray I had the muffin tins on. The sauce made a mess!
