I love food, the smell, the taste, the process in creating such wonderful dishes has always intrigued me. I come from a loud, crazy, and of course large Italian family and it's all from my mother that I have every ounce of cooking ability in me. I love to try new things and live on the edge. Life is an adventure and I love exploring this world we live in. I love making party food. Whether it be dips, chicken wings, fresh guacamole, little appetizers are always great because you can make a lot, and try a little bit of everything. Oh gosh, my favorite cooking traditions have to happen around the holidays. Each holiday the entire family gets together and the kitchen is packed with the hustle and bustle of food being prepared, cooked, and loud conversation. Everyone helps out with the preparation of our great feasts we create, and of course, the messy clean ups.
