I've been staring at this recipe for awhile. I FINALLY did it. Thank you all for the comments because they really helped me make a great dish!!! So the author gets 5 for giving it to us and the respondents get a 5 for making it great, the first try. (I used the comments re using chicken broth, seasoning the chicken, adding frozen vegetables, (just one bag of peas & carrots) and using the Bisquick option.) It was sooo delicious. So look at recipe and review the comments - I cannot emphasize how the comments helped make this an amazing replica of my Mom's Chicken & Dumplings - the first time out.
