About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
I made a 101 Dalmations cake for my daughters birthday. It took a long time to pipe the black and white frosting onto the cake. But it was so worth it when she saw the cake and was overjoyed. Well, to make a long story short, when holding the cake on a cake board at a slight slant to take a picture of this cool creation, it slid very nicely onto the floor in a messy heap. My daughter cried and I think I did, too!

Honey Lime Chicken Wings
These are sooooo awesome!! I didn't fry them. I did what other have done- bake them. I placed 3 lbs of wings in a 13 by 9 pan. Tossed them with some olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Put in oven at 400 for 40 min. Double the sauce. Drain the fat from wings and pour sauce over top. Shuffle them around so all wings are covered :-) Put back in oven for another 10 minutes. After this, shuffle them around some more and turn up heat to 450 for last 5 minutes to gut some nice golden color on them. Take out and let them sit for 5 min to redistribute those wonderful juices and then dig in! They are sticky, messy but oh so worth it!

Bread Pudding II
This recipe is awesome! I made it tonight. Instead of raisins, I had three fresh peaches I wanted to use up. So, I diced them up and added them to the mix. I also substituted 1% milk for whole milk.

Cranberry Applesauce Muffins
I have not made these yet but they sound really good! I can't wait to make them. As for the previous reviewer, my reveiw of your comment is who cares if people spell definitely wrong?? I thought your comment was mean. And as I looked back on the reviews of this recipe, many people used the word definitely, but ONLY one person spelled it wrong. I do think you should chill is short!
