Making it for the second time today. First time was fantastic. I made a 5 pounder in about 9 or 10 hours and it actually shredded by itself when i tried to flip it once it was done. I added 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup chicken stock and 5 cloves of garlic at the bottom in the beginning and it really enhanced the flavor. Once it started shredding, I chopped up a small head of green cabbage and added it to the slow cooker, still on low, for an hour and then served over white rice. It's easy and cheap to make. About 15 bucks for 12+ servings when you can go to L&L and get their single serving version of it for 6.95. I'd say the time is worth it.
