Toasted Pecans

Like others, I lowered the amount of butter. I also added brown sugar to the butter, and while toasting I threw on some maple syrup. delish!

very tasty. i also added more cornstarch. my egg slices didn't come out very pretty so i ended up blending the whole thing. gave it a nice texture.

Coq au Vin alla Italiana
