Never Fail Biscuits LEFT-OVERS

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2014
I tried this recipe[e and found it dry. There were plenty of leftovers. I am just not a biscuit maker. Not the recipe maker's fault. The next day I put them into a warm pan on top of olive oil and warmed them with a lid to keep them from drying out. I TUCKED BUTTER BETWEEN THE BISCUIT HALVES.When warm I added maple syrup and left the lid off til warmed through and still moist. YUMMMMM!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2014
This is a wonderful dish and quick + easy to prepare. I did as a few others suggested- Used Dijon mustard The only honey to trust anymore is if it has pollin in it, otherwise you just don't know. I am a fan of white pepper. I used a full teaspoon on this and used a pinch of salt only. only half of the paprika Rosemary to taste I used the skin and coated it with 1/2 of the mustard (coated with a little flour) then brushed it with a mixture of honey/ remaining mustard to the top reserving part for the other side. Put the pan into the oven and finished as directed deducting the time for browning. Best chicken ever for a quick dinner and it would work for a whole chicken if you used a meat thermometer. Great company food!

Mom's Peach Crisp

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2013
I added pecans crushed to the top and cooked this in cupcake tins with silver liners. It took the same amount of time, just made small to prevent *accidently* overeating. They freeze well.

Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2013
I make this and spread it on a flour tortilla spread with cream cheese. I slice it into small rollups. They look great as they taste on a large platter serving dish.

Savory Sweet Potato Fries

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2013
These were delicious but I changed the recipe a little. Although Olive Oil is good for you, it's best in very small amounts. I have a pumper spray filled with EVOO (not a pressurized can because it leaves a residue on your pans) I toss the cut fries with the spray and seasionings at the same time and use a convection oven at 425 which made them very crisp and delicious. Heart Healthy!

Apple Tarte Tatin Pecan Sticky Buns

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2012
This is a marvelous recipe. It was so very delicious that I have made 3 in 2 weeks. Being adventurous, it sounded kind of like a pecan sticky bun which I adore, so I included whole pecans just before the carmelized apples were to go into the oven. Then I topped it with some cinnamen and topped it with the crust. It was appreciated by all.
